Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Customers may:

  • Accept delivery and request return, OR

  • Refuse delivery (not recommended)

Refund for refused prepaid orders is processed only after the shipment returns to our facility and passes verification.

Refusal or Non-Acceptance of Delivery

Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in:

  • COD eligibility restriction

  • Future order cancellation

  • Account or address flagging

This policy prevents logistics misuse and unnecessary shipping losses.

Store-Initiated Cancellation

Her Collection reserves the right to cancel orders under the following conditions:

  • Product out of stock

  • Pricing or listing error

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Bulk/reseller pattern orders

  • Incomplete customer details

  • Non-serviceable delivery location

If cancelled by the store, prepaid amounts are fully refunded.

Cancellation Abuse Prevention

  • Repeatedly refuse COD deliveries

  • Place non-genuine orders

  • Misuse promotional or COD facilities

Such measures ensure fair operations for all customers.
