Her Collection currently provides shipping across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are delivered to most serviceable PIN codes supported by our logistics partners. If a location is non-serviceable after order placement, customers will be informed and any prepaid amount will be refunded.


Shipping Charges

Her Collection offers Free Shipping on all orders across India, including both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.


Delivery Time

  • Other cities & towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote locations: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, location accessibility, or external factors.

  • Other equivalent national carriers

Courier selection depends on serviceability and delivery efficiency for the destination PIN code.


Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, customers receive tracking details via:

Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch. Customers may contact support if tracking does not update within this period.


Delivery Attempts

Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. Customers are requested to ensure availability at the delivery address and keep their phone reachable.

Orders may be marked undelivered if:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • COD refusal


Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Her Collection is not liable for delivery failures caused by:

If an order is returned due to incorrect details, reshipping may require confirmation or payment depending on case review.


Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin) Orders

If an order is returned to us by the courier (RTO) due to delivery failure:

  • Prepaid orders: Eligible for refund after receipt and verification

  • COD orders: May be reshipped upon customer confirmation

Repeated non-acceptance of COD orders may lead to future COD restriction.


Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Regional restrictions

  • Peak season congestion

  • Public holidays

Her Collection is not liable for courier delays once shipment is handed over.


Damaged Package on Delivery

Customers should check package condition at delivery. If the package appears visibly damaged or tampered:

  • Refuse delivery if severe damage is visible, OR

  • Accept and record evidence (photos/video)

Customers must report damaged items to support within 24 hours of delivery for assistance under our Return Policy.
